There’s something about pumpkin loaf! Is it because it’s so soft and moist? Is it the warmth from the in-house pumpkin spice blend? Is it because autumn is our favourite season and pumpkin and autumn go hand in hand? Who knows? What we do know is, the votes have been casted in The White Rabbit household and (unanimously) pumpkin loaf beats banana bread! Try it yourself.
Ingredients: unbleached all-purpose flour, pumpkin purée, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, canola oil, milk, organic pepitas, pumpkin spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cloves), baking soda, kosher salt.
