Cookies & cream usually refers to that chocolate sandwich cookie we all know and love. However my all time fave cookie is the humble chocolate chip. This is a decadent black magic chocolate cake (with organic cocoa, as always), filled with chocolate chip cookie dough (it’s safe, it doesn’t contain eggs), slathered with rich vanilla butter cream frosting (using all real butter) and garnished with dark and ruby chocolate shavings. A truly whimsical treat!
